At MARKTOES, we strive to deliver premium quality footwear. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
We offer exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for exchange:

The product must be unused.

The product must be in original condition.

The product must be returned with original packaging.

The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The exchange will be processed only after the product is delivered back to our facility and passes quality inspection.
Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement product.
Refunds
Currently, we do not offer refunds on any orders.
Please ensure correct size and product selection before placing your order.
Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Exchange will not be accepted if:
